Prices are stated for overnight stay, for one night, for the entire apartment.
Tourist tax is included in the price, registration and checkout too.
Your reservation will be confirmed upon payment of the deposit amount:
- 100% of the total price for one night stay
- 50% of the total price for 2-4 nights stay
- 30% of the total price for stays of 5 nights and more.
Offer of the exact amount the guest will receive on his e-mail as well as other data required for the payment.
The remaining part of the total price to be paid immediately upon arrival and before use of the apartment. The remaining part of the total price the customer pays in cash and can pay in euros or kuna.
In the case that guest does not arrive or in the case that guest cancel his reservation the received advance payment will be retain.
Guests have access to a washing machine. One use per week is included in the price. For shorter stays of a week as well as for each subsequent use the price of 6 euros will be calculated.
Cleaning fee is € 22 .
Arrival time is usually from 2:00 p.m. first day of booking and chackuot is normally up to 10 a.m. the last day of booking.
We would be pleased that guest inform us in advance about approximate time of arrival, especially if want to use apartment earlier than 2:00 p.m.
The guest is required upon arrival to provide host to access a personal document with which he traveled (identity card, passport ...). The host will personal information of the guest used only for registration and will respect the principles of privacy protection.
By paying the deposit you agree to the terms and conditions and to accept the same.
